Chris Emms is on the FBI's most wanted list for allegedly helping the DPRK develop blockchain technology that apparently could help the country evade US sanctions.

Emms fiercely denies the FBI's charges against him. On top of that, as a British citizen - US law should, theoretically, have no jurisdiction over him!

For nearly a year, Emms was interned in Saudi Arabia as Riyadh contemplated extraditing him to the United States.

With relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States at an all time low, the Saudi courts decided to set Emms free.

Miraculously, he was able to make it to Russia - finally breathing a sigh of relief in lieu of his newfound freedom.
