The new Israeli escalation in Lebanon that began on 23 September has left about 1,100 dead, thousands wounded and up to 200,000 displaced inside and outside the country in just one week.

The Emergency Centre of the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that at least 45 people were killed as a result of several Israeli army attacks on the Lebanese town of Ain El Delb. The Israeli army continues its intense bombing campaign, which began a week ago, against southern and eastern Lebanon.

The Zionist entity has also attacked the southern suburbs of Beirut and other areas further north from the capital, which until a few days ago had not been targeted by the attacks in Tel Aviv.
